Last Updated: January 23, 2026

Enterprise Wallet ("we," "our," or "us") provides a decentralized multi-signature signing application for organizational use. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application.

What We Protect

  • Non-Custodial: We cannot access or move your funds.
  • Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted at rest.

ℹ️ What We Collect

  • Account Info: Work email/ID provided by your admin.
  • Public Chain Data: Addresses required for signing.
  • Permissions: Camera (QR), Bluetooth/USB (Hardware), Location Service.
  • Crash Data and Stability Analysis: We may collect technical error logs solely to troubleshoot issues and improve App reliability.

1 Information Collection and Use

Account Information: To maintain enterprise security, this app requires a registered account. We collect information provided by your organization’s administrator (such as your work email or employee ID) to create your account and authorize access to signing activities.

Blockchain Data: We process public blockchain addresses and transaction data to facilitate multi-signature signing. This data is inherent to the blockchain and is not controlled by us.

Device Permissions:

  • Camera: Used to scan QR codes for wallet addresses.
  • Bluetooth & USB: Used strictly to connect to external hardware signing devices (Hardware Wallets) for offline signing. No personal data is collected from your peripheral devices.
  • Location Services: Used strictly to discover and connect to external hardware signing devices (e.g., Ledger) via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). For devices running Android 11 or lower, the Android operating system requires Location Permission to perform Bluetooth scanning. We do not collect, track, store, or transmit your GPS or physical location data. This permission is requested solely to satisfy the operating system's technical requirements for detecting nearby Bluetooth devices.

Crash Data and Stability Analysis: To maintain app reliability and improve user experience, we may collect anonymous technical error logs and crash reports when the app encounters unexpected issues. These logs contain only technical information such as error codes, stack traces, and device model information. They do not include any personal information, wallet addresses, private keys, recovery phrases, or transaction data. This data is used solely for troubleshooting and enhancing app stability.

2 Data Security & Non-Custodial Nature

Non-Custodial: We have no access to your digital assets. You are solely responsible for the safety of your keys.

Admin Controls: Your organization’s administrator manages access rights, but we (the service provider) do not have the power to access or move your funds.

3 Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

No Sale of Data: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Technical Providers: We may use third-party nodes or APIs to interact with the blockchain. These services only receive data necessary to broadcast transactions.

4 Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your organization maintains your authorized access. Users have the right to request account deletion. If you wish to delete your account or associated data, please visit our Account Deletion page for detailed instructions, or contact your organization's administrator or email us at IC_Acc_6@outsyss.com.
