Manage your data privacy and account status for Enterprise Wallet.

1 How to Request Deletion

To verify your identity and protect your organization's assets, we require a manual verification process. Please follow these steps:

  1. Use the Microsoft Account email associated with your Enterprise Wallet account.
  2. Send an email to our support team at IC_Acc_6@outsyss.com.
  3. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

2 Data Deletion & Retention Timeline

Upon receiving your valid request, your data will be processed according to the following schedule:

Deleted within 3 Days

Personal Registration Data: Your user profile, Microsoft account association, email address, and employee ID association will be permanently removed from our active databases.

Retained for 180 Days

Device Info, Public Keys & Transaction Logs:

To comply with financial regulations, security audits, and fraud prevention requirements, we retain public key information, device identifiers, and on-chain transaction history logs for a period of 180 days. After this period, this data is automatically anonymized or deleted.

* Please note: Deleting your account will remove your access to your organization's multi-sig wallet immediately. Ensure you have transferred any necessary administrative rights before proceeding.
